Services

We stay busy keeping the Richmond mapping up to date:

● Adding new roads and addresses as new developments come into the city
● Keeping up with the expanding city boundary by keeping tabs on annexations
● Continually updating mapping data on the Mobile Data Terminals for in vehicle use by
emergency responders
● Training emergency responders in the use of MDTs

Projects slated in the near future are:

● Designing a new Richmond street map for publication
● Generating new contours (2 and 10 foot intervals)
● ArcReader projects for all city departments

Past projects included:

● Storm water mapping using survey grade GPS
● Fire Hydrant inventory (GPS)
● Bus Route Maps
● Madison County School district maps
